HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION     It is very simple, just  fill out the guest reservation form  and mail it along with your deposit to the address shown on the reservation form.  Or call toll free 1-800-758-6877 and speak with one of our expert tour planners.  They will assist you with any questions you may have and secure your reservation.  We will be happy to hold your reservation for one week without a deposit. Methods of payment:      Check, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.   If you are paying by credit card, there will be a 3% processing fee on any cancellations. Deposit & Final Payment:     All that is needed to reserve a spot on a motorcoach or fly away tour is a $100 per person deposit.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to departure on motorcoach tours and 45 days prior on tours that include air travel.  R & J Tours World Destinations have different payment schedules and cancellation policies.  Cruise tours have different deposit and balance requirements.  If final payments are not received in our office at the specified dates, R & J Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation to make room for other travelers on waiting lists.
