Come discover the beauty of the Wisconsin countryside and into Michigan as you enjoy getting to know your travel companions as our first day of travel takes us to Escanaba.  Dinner will be served at the charming Ludington House.

Day 2 - Escanaba to Mackinac Island
Cross the famous Mackinac Bridge to Mackinaw City and cruise to Mackinac Island.  Transportation there is limited to horse, carriage, bike, or foot!  Tour the island by horse-drawn carriage.  Lunch will be served at the spectacular Grand Hotel featuring its Grand Luncheon Buffet.  Check into the charming Lake View Hotel on Mackinac Island, perfectly located amidst the main street shops and cafes, and where we’ll enjoy the 60th Grand Lilac Parade right outside our hotel.  It’s the only parade in North America that is totally horse drawn! The remainder of the day is free to enjoy some of the other lilac festivities on this quaint and lovely island.

Day 3 - Mackinac Island to Ludington
After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll leave the beautiful island behind as we again ferry across Lake Huron to our awaiting motorcoach.  Continue by Traverse City, “Cherry Capital of the World,” and on to the Cherry Republic in Traverse City for lunch on your own and some time to shop for everything cherry!  Then on to Ludington, a charming port town and our lodging for the night.  In the evening we’ll dine in style as special guests at a delightful restaurant.

Day 4 - Ludington to Home
Board the S.S. Badger for a relaxing cruise across beautiful Lake Michigan.  Enjoy a maritime historical display, feature films, Bingo, browsing the gift shop, or relaxing in one of the ship’s lounges on the outside deck.
